Grilled Golden State Corn

Ingredients

6 ears of sweet corn, shucked

Olive oil

Up to 6 Tbsp Golden State Seasoning Salt

2 scallions, chopped
-
A handful of cilantro, chopped
-
16 ounces plain yogurt
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 Tbsp lemon juice
-
Salt to taste
For the Corn
For the Garlicky Yogurt Sauce
Directions
For the Garlicky Yogurt Sauce
Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
For the Grilled Corn
Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for a medium high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
Brush ears of corn with olive oil and season with 1 Tbsp of Golden State Seasoning Salt.
Place corn on the grill and close the lid. Cook until the ears of corn begin to char and caramelize, about 5 minutes.
Turn the ears so that the other side starts to caramelize. Cook for another 6-8 minutes with the lid on until kernels are tender-crisp.
Pull corn off the grill and transfer to a platter. Season with more Golden State Seasoning, scallions, and cilantro. Serve with Garlicky Yogurt sauce to spoon onto the corn.
