Ají Crisp by Sauce Everyhere

Made by the Bay Area's Sauce Everywhere, this salsa macha-ish is full of fruity allium flavor. The crunchy shallots are the star with the perfect amount of medium-high heat coming through from our Sugar Rush Peach and Habanero chiles. While the Sugar Rush chiles are some of the spiciest we grow, this salsa is incredibly balanced and has the right amount of heat to make you finish a jar in one sitting. 

Made with our Sugar Rush Peach and Habanero chiles, this everyday crunchy chile oil is fruity ~ shalloty ~ silky ~ crunchy ~ and sweet.

Use this salsa on chips, tacos, eggs, like a chile crisp, or on anything else you can imagine.
