This spicy spreadable salami hails from the Calabria region of Italy, but is made 30 miles down the road in Cloverdale, CA by Journeyman Meat Co. It's filled with our chiles and is perfect swirled into pasta sauces, used as a topping on pizza, spooned onto a charcuterie board and eaten with crackers, or spread onto bread for a sandwich.
